Words fail me.
I'm trying to read one of his books every day this week. Anybody do or plan anything special to remember Hunter?

I put up an entry on him on my page. And watched Fear and Loathing for the umpteenth time.

Naturally I'm not that voracious a reader after all, so it's more like at least one every week. I did drive over 300 miles round trip to snag a library copy of The Curse of Lono, though - absolutely worth it.

Hunter S. Thompson may have passed on, but Gonzo lives!

The day he died, I went and bought a handle of Wild Turkey 101 so I could toast him; sadly it's spent now, but then again that's what happens to us all in the end.
